Choke Part Body. 20.75” square x 28.7” OAL. Fully inconel clad with tolerances +/- 0.001 with 16 CLA surface finish. Grayloc hub (GR 64) and inlet/outlet flanges API 71/16 15K BX 156 Seal Grooves. 42” swing required for finish machining.

Valve Body incorporating CL1500 Galperti Compact Flanges Fully Inconel 625 clad component.
CNC machined to tolerances of +/- 0.0015 and surface finish of 16CLA  and angular tolerances of +/- 0.03 degrees.

Approx 12” square 18” OAL.

 

 

 

 




36”dia. flange in AISI 4130. Fully CNC machined to incorporate elliptical weldneck profile.

The CNC program was developed using our CADCAM  system, simulated and proven before being manufactured.

1/16”  API BX154 ring groove flange inlaid with inconel 625. 4.5” 4TPI ACME 2G internal thread.

Matl AISI 4130 pre clad machined.

 

 




One of DMR’s smaller jobs – 10” dia. x 9.5 lg. valve bonnet. Part of a batch of 30. Inconel 625 clad sealing areas. 5” 8 SA -2G external ACME thread & 2 5/8 x 8SA-2G internal thread.
